My Journey With Ketones
I found and started drinking ketones in early 2020 when I was searching for a healthier way of living. - We were thinking of starting a family and I just needed something to get my mindset going with being more mindful of what I consumed. As well as boost my activity level.
I started my journey with a 10 Day Challenge pack, and on day 11, IT HIT! I felt weightless like a feather, like I could do anything! I had a monsterous amount of energy, no bloat, superior focus; I felt AMAZING. The best I've ever felt in my life even!
Feeling that way, I knew I had to start sharing these packets with anyone and everyone I could!
So, how have ketones really helped me since starting them?
Before I found ketones, I worked FT production and PT massage, and even though I LOVE fitness, I'd literally come home and sit. All evening. Every day. It got to the point that my legs were always aching from sitting so much, even though I spent over 10 hours a day on my feet. This wasn't like me, this isn't what I wanted to be, and with thinking of having kids... I wanted to be my best self. I wanted to be as physically fit as I could be for my future kids.
Ketones have helped me do just that! With the energy they give me, I was able to get off my butt, I started running almost daily, and eventually even increased my mile run time by over a minute!
Not only have they helped me energy wise, they've helped my body be more regular on the regular, helped regulated hormones, de-bloat me so I don't feel crumby anymore, and BEST YET...
They give me the focus, clarity, and energy I need to be able to be a mom and wife. To be able to play with my son and not feel like crap or like I need a nap when he wakes up numerous times in a night! I can work, workout, and still have the energy and feel good to be there for my son and husband!
